Comments: Comprehensive renovation to the James E. Shephard Library on the campus of North Carolina Central University. Includes complete re-working of interior including class rooms, stairways, book areas and study areas. The project is divided into two phases, main library and the annex, which was added after the original building was constructed.This project will give the library a complete facelift and make it a better and more enjoyable place for the students to learn, study and do research.

Comments: Complete renovation of a historic classroom building located on the campus of UNC Chapel Hill. This renovation affects all areas of the building including interior and exterior work. We will be bringing the building up to today's standards, without sacrificing the look and feel of the beautiful historic architecture that makes this building such a beautiful part of the campus.
