Comprehensive renovation to the James E. Shephard Library on the campus of North Carolina Central University. Includes complete re-working of interior including class rooms, stairways, book areas and study areas. The project is divided into two phases, main library and the annex, which was added after the original building was constructed.This project will give the library a complete facelift and make it a better and more enjoyable place for the students to learn, study and do research.
